Snake Dream

boa-constrictor-1

So last night I had two dreams where I was bitten by a boa. I was caught completely off guard and in both dreams I was out in about with people I know. In the first dream, I can’t remember where I was but I remember a snake coming out and biting me. After I woke from that dream and went back to sleep shortly after, I was walking with my sisters. I seemed as if we were on my street going to a house and out of nowhere another boa comes out to bite me again.

I never had a dream with a snake in it, so you know I had to go to my site to search for the meaning of this, so here you go…

Snake

To see a snake or be bitten by one in your dream signifies hidden fears and worries that are threatening you. Your dream may be alerting you to something in your waking life that you are not aware of or that has not yet surfaced. In particular, if you dream of a multi-colored or brightly colored snake, then it is a clear warning about something bad happening. If the snake tangles itself, then it represents a subsiding threat. Something that you thought was going to be a problem has resolved itself. Alternatively, the snake may be seen as phallic and thus symbolize temptation, dangerous and forbidden sexuality. In particular, to see a snake on your bed suggests that you are feeling sexually overpowered or sexually threatened. You may be inexperienced, nervous or just unable to keep up. If you are afraid of the snake, then it signifies your fears of sex, intimacy or commitment. The snake may also refer to a person around you who is callous, ruthless, and can’t be trusted. As a positive symbol, snakes represent healing, transformation, knowledge and wisdom. It is indicative of self-renewal and positive change. In particular, dreaming of a red snake highlights the positive characteristics of the snake, as well as your fiery passion. via Dream Moods: Snake

All I know if I will be on the look out to see what happens.

  1. From a spiritual/God dreaming of a snake means enemy. Enemies can come in any form, even someone close can hurt us. If it bites, it an attack. I believe dreams can be our subconscious, it is also a way God talk with us. Pray about it. Ask Him to cover house and well fare under the blood in Jesus name.
