How would you describe ‘freedom’ in your own words?
From my perspective, true freedom is the absence of all unnecessary restraints. Freedom, therefore, is a mental, spiritual, and physical phenomenon.

I agree with the original poster. I think true freedom means you have no limits be it physical,spiritual or mental. I think the current state of black people..is lacking physical and mental freedom. Although there are some who may have some type of spiritual freedom. But our oppressors even want to stamp that out as well.
