How do you know when it’s time to continue holding on or time to let go?

If we’re talking relationships then..
For me it’s when I start to feel suffocated.
When the feeling of doing things alone outweighs doing things together.
When they take you for granted & never try to see things for your point of view.
When you start hanging on to those very few good memories because the relationship is that stale. I can go on.
If a therapist were to ask you “Are you happy” “Yes or No”
“You can’t change someone who doesn’t see an issue in their actions”
